In the event you need to move your installation of eCarillon to a different computer, you will need to:
- first remove eCarillon from the old computer. If this is impossible due to a failure then you can skip this step.
- Next, find your original order number OR product key OR original purchase date and email address.
- Finally, send any of these pieces of information to one of our representatives by chat on this site or via email at support@ecarillon.com
Once your request is received, an agent will work with you to complete your license transfer. Once complete, you will be able to register the program on your new computer.
