There is no compatible remote control mobile app available for controlling eCarillon. However, as with any remote computer, there are applications that can be used do work on your eCarillon PC from a remote location, provided there is an internet and/or network connection. Please Note: There is a known issue when trying to initially register eCarillon via a remote connection. It is recommended that you perform the registration process in person on the PC before undertaking remote operations. After the software is registered there are no known issues.
